How You Do Anything
Feeling much better today. Whatever dark cloud had descended over the previous few days has passed.
I brought my Muse headband to the office today, hoping to take a meditation break. I didn’t get the chance, but I felt better just knowing that I had it with me. My next step will be to do morning pages for the first time in several months. I’ve been dragging around a copy of “How You Do Anything is How You Do Everything,” a workbook of writing prompts by Cheri Huber. I thought it might help to kickstart the process.
My dreams are books I write in my sleep. Each night is another addition to the shelf.
